How long does engraving take?
Most personalised engraving orders are completed within 1–5 working days depending on the item and design complexity.
Do you offer same-day engraving?
Depending on your requirements, same-day engraving may be available – please get in touch to see if we can accommodate your needs (please note this may incur additional costs).
Can I upload my own design or logo?
Yes, please provide the PDF of the design you would like engraving and using our specialist software we can engrave onto the product of your choice.
What file formats do you accept for engraving?
PDF documents are the preferred format to send engraving designs over to us, for custom designs.
Do you offer engraving in Hull?
Yes, we are based in Hull and can offer local engraving.
Is local collection available?
Yes. If you would prefer to collect, we can arrange a time for collection upon completion.
Do you post engraved items across the UK?
Yes. We can dispatch engraved products across the UK.
